Section 10-4-8(J) of the Lakeville Gity Code. is amended to read as follows: J. In Lieu of land dedication the City may require the following cash contribution: Commercial $5,400 per acre Industrial $3,200 per acre Single-family dwelling units $2,250 per dwelling unit Multi-family dwelling units $1,93Q per dwelling. unit SECTION 2.
