AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE
LAKEVILLE CITY CODE, THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAfNS:
SECTION ~I. Section 10-4-8(J) of the Lakeville Gity Code. is amended to read as
follows:
J. In Lieu of land dedication the City may require the following cash
contribution:
Commercial $5,400 per acre
Industrial $3,200 per acre
Single-family dwelling units $2,250 per dwelling unit
Multi-family dwelling units $1,93Q per dwelling. unit
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon-its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED this 2"d day of February, 2004, by the City Council of the City of
Lakeville, Minnesota.

LAKEVILLE. MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 10-4-8(J) of the
Lakeville CIty Code is amended to read as
follows:
