Present; Mako, Friedges, Sullivan, .Taft .and Jensen. Also present;. Bob Frgaard. 511. Motion by Friedges seconded by Mako to accept the minutes of the Dec. 7, 1870, meeting as corrected. Friedges, Mako, Jensen, Sullivan. and Taft "ale"', motion carried. .512. Motion by Taft seconded by Sullivan to accept the minutes of the December 10, 1870, meeting as read. Mako, Jensen, Sulliv,,n~ Taft and Friedges "aye", motion carried. The building inspector presented his report. xe mentioned that there are three sign.. permits that have. not been paid and requested that the council advise him on further action to take. 513. I~Iotion by Mako seconded bpi Taft to have Mr. Ackerman contact these three parties once more. If no action is forthcoming, the Village attorney, ~~jr. Farrell, will then call the e people and if they still refuse to pay, he will institute the proper legal action. Jensen, Taft, Friedges and ~jako "aye~5, Sullivan opposed, motion carried. Mr. Dennehy appeared with his plat of/~Overland First Addition and enquired,~~.bout the bond needed and his building permit.. The engineer will refigure the bond excluding the exceptions on .the plat. 514. Motion by Sullivan seconded by Mako to-grant Dennehy a building permit following the Planning Commission recommendation of April 30, 1870. Sullivan, Taft, Fred~~es, Mako and Jensen "aye«, motion carried.:. 515. Motion by Sullivan sec©nded by Friedges to grant the Chart House a special club license and a Sunday 1,iquor license subject to filing of insurance. Taft, Friedges, Mako, Jensen and Sullivan "aye", motion carried. It was reported that there have been many complaints regarding snowmobiles. It was suggested that the main laws of the state governing snowmobiles be published. The clerk was instructed to call Nir. j'jcAllister about posting notice of any dogs that are picked up. NIr. Frigaard reported that the assessment rolls for the Valley. Park project were in the clerk's office and that Mr. Donnay-had promised to send a cheek for about X45,000 to the clerk this week. The total cost of the project for the school is aa20, g4q.84. No word had been received as yet on the request of rehearing fr©m the MMC. It was reported that the total valuation of that part of the village which was lost to Farmington amounted to X755,153 and it wasp decided to try to`do a little reworking of the budget on the 17th at 7 P.M. 516. Motion by Sullivan seconded by Friedges to cancel the fire contract with Farmington as per proper notice. I~Iotion by Taft seconded by i"~ako to renew the gravel permit for Karsko Brothers Excavating Co., Inc. Sullivan, Taft, Friedges, Mako and Jensen "aye", motion carried. 520. Notion by Friedges seconded by Taft that the schedule as presented by Ray .Anderson for supervision of the hockey rink. over .the holidays be accepted. Taft, Friedges, l~Iako, Jensen and Sullivan '?aye.'°, motion carried. 521. Nation by Friedges seconded by Taft to accept the petition presented by Jerome Clay requesting a water and sewer study on Tsle Ave. from 208th to 21Qth Streets, Italy Ave, from 208th. to 210th Streets and lteri Ave. from 208th to 210th Streets, all in Clay's Acres. Friedges, ~~ako, Jensen, Sullivan and raft "aye" motion carried. 522.
