AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN INTERIM ORDINANCE
THAT TEMPORARILY PROHIEITED DEVELOPMENT
IN A DESIGNATED, AREA OF THE CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:.
SECTION 1. Back ound. -0n April 15, 2042, the City Council adopted Ordinance No.
710, an interim ordinance temporarily prohibiting development in a designated area of the City.
4n April 7, 2443, the City Council adopted- Ordinance No. 734 extending the duration of
Ordinance No. 714 through April 14, 2004, or until such earlier time as the ordinance is revoked
or amended. The City has adopted the change in official controls and the official map that was
being studied and prepared which necessitated the interim ordinance.
SECTION 2. R_ epeal. Ordinance Nos. 710 and 734 are repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its, passage..
ADOPTED this 15th day of March , 2004, by the City Council of the
City of Lakeville, Minnesota.

DESIGNATED AREA OF THE CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1 Background On April 15,
2002, the City Council adopted Ordinance
No. 710, an interim ordinance temporarily
prohibiting development in a designated
area of the City. On April 7. 2003, the City
Council adopted Ordinance No. 734
extending the duiatton-of�etiiitkgce.No''
710 through April 14, 2004, or until such
earlier time as the ordinance is revoked or
amended. The City has adopted the change
in official controls and the official map
that was being studied and prepared which
necessitated the interim ordinance.
SECTION 2. Repeal Ordinance Nos. 710
and 734 are repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be
effectively immediately upon its passage.
ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 2004,
by the City Council of the City of Lakeville,
Minnesota.
