All matters listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the Planning Commission and will be acted on by one motion in the order listed below. There may be an explanation, but no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately. Double E Crossing: A. Consider the request of The Velmeir Companies for the final plat of four commercial lots to be known as Double E Crossing, located south of Dodd Boulevard (CSAH 9) and west of Cedar Avenue (CSAH 23). BP Woodshop Holdings, LLC 6. Public Hearing to consider the application of BP Woodshop Holdings, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the development of an industrial lot with greater than 25 percent impervious surface area in the Shoreland Overlay District, located at th 8347 ? 213 Street. Cloverleaf Cold Storage 7. Public Hearing to consider the application of Cloverleaf Cold Storage for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment to allow the construction of an expansion to an existing industrial building with greater than 50 percent of its exterior elevation finish with exposed metal wall panels, located at 21775 Cedar Avenue. Preliminary and final plat of two (2) commercial lots and four (4) Outlots to be known as Hoppe Marketplace, located east of Kenwood Trail (CSAH 50) at Jubilee Way. B. Rezoning of the property from C-3, General Commercial District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District. C. Development and Final Stage Planned Unit Development. D. Conditional Use Permit to allow a drive-thru convenience food use. E. Conditional Use Permit to allow a minor automobile repair use. F. Vacation of easements. Argonne Estates 9. Public Hearing to consider the application of D. R. Horton for: A. Preliminary plat of 26 single family lots to be known as Argonne Estates, th located north of 175 Street, east of Kenrick Avenue, west of Jonquil Avenue and south of Joplin Avenue and Jordan Court. B. An amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the land use from low- medium density residential and medium density residential to low-density residential. C. Rezoning from RM-1, Medium Density Residential District to RS-3, Single Family Residential District. D. Vacation of road right-of-way and drainage and utility easements. New Business 10. A.
