The City Council is provided background information for agenda items in advance by staff and appointed commissions, committees and boards. Decisions are based on this information, as well as City policy, practices, input from constituents and a council member's personaljudgment. If yov have questions, comments or information regarding an item not on the agenda, please step forward to be recognized by the Mayor during the "Citizens' Comments" item on the agenda. All matters listed under Consent agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be acted on by one motion in the order listed below. Minutes of the May 18, 2009 City Council meeting and the May 27, 2009 Special Council meeting. c. Receive minutes of the following advisory committee meetings: - Planning Commission, May 21 - Parks Recreation 8~ Natural Resources Committee, May 20 d. Resolution authorizing the sale of city vehicles and forfeited vehicles. g. Temporary on-sale 3.2% malt liquor license for Lakeville Lions to conduct-their annual Pan-O-frog events at the Lakeville VFW. h. Resolution approving final plat of Shady Oak Grove Third Addition; and resolution vacating drainage and utility easements and public right of way within Shady Oak Grove Second Addition plat; and one year extension of the Shady Oak Grove Second Addition preliminary plat. i. One year extension of the Spirit of Brandtjen Farm 3~d Addition preliminary plat. Conditional use permit amendment to allow an existing detached accessory building to remain following the subdivision of the property located at 12299 Lucerne Trail k. Resolution receiving Safe Routes to School Plan and authorizing preparation of plans and specifications for infrastructure improvements. 7. Public hearing to consider a fee schedule amendment by ordinance pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462.353, subdivision 4, and Minnesota Rules 1300.0160, subp. 2. a. Attest to legal notice. b. Presentation of the proposed fee schedule amendment. c. Questions and/or comments. d. Motion to close the public hearing. e. Ordinance adopting fees and. summary ordinance for publication. 8. Conditional use permit to allow more than one detached accessory building on asingle-family lot and the construction of a detached accessory building greater than 15 feet in height on property located at 1 2428 - 1 67th Street West.
