Mr. Mrs. Kimmer from Valley Park were present to discuss the need for a
bike trail from Valley Park to County Road 42. As we have heard many times
before, there is a very dangerous situation with children riding bicycles
along Cedar Avenue. The Kimmer's wanted to know what action could be taken

Apple Valley and presenting this to the county commissioners.
