Due to inadequate quorum no official business on February 27th. The following names were interviewed: Edward Pierl 435 -5965 16506 Kenwood Trail Larry Daudt 469 -4131 18915 Dodd Blvd 1. Mr. Cox representing telephone company 170th st. Pilot Knob Road, requesting conditional use permit- 40 acres. 20 acres for service center, 20 acres open space, plans have been reviewed.' Motion made by Nelson, seconded by LeRoy that proposal submitted presents no conflict with park development plans at present time.. Motion carried. 2. Chamber of Commerce yes Magalis Brad Johnson Committee to provide imput for use of Antlers Park, requesting names -of people from communitee that could provide assistance to their committee. Motion made by LeRoy, seconded by Lovelace that we welcome their offer of assistance from Chamber of Commerce and will try to use it effectively in the future. Motion Carried. 3. Larry Contura- representing V. Loken Logarto second addition 8 full lots,7 partial lots, estimated 2 lots per acre_, approsimately 5 -6 acres. Motion made by Erickson, seconded by LeRoy to accept $1.320.00 as monetary donation in lieu of park land. Motion carried. 4. Jim Robinette- report of Antlers Park etc. M. Erickson made motion request $2500 rental fees from Ritter Park be applied toward Ritter Park improvements, seconded by Enright. Motion carried. 5. Pete Martin Community school office Motion by Erickson recommends'that council accept the purchases as listed on attached, March 13, report. Seconded by Enright. Motion carried. 6. Reference to letter of Jan. 18, 1974. N. Enright made motion that city clerk before April 1, 1974 shall submit to Minnesota Department of Natural Resource any ordinances, rules, or regular Lions that effect the use or development of cities shoreiands.
