Members present: Makos, Hrkal, Austad, Erickson, Lovelace, Robinette,
Nelson.
1. Paul Krause Developer:
Motion by Hrkal, seconded by Robinette to call attention to February 1,
meeting motion one and two and hold all building permits until motions
are studied. Motion carried.
2. John Mc Carthy -Wm. Sime Property -28.21 Acres:
Motion by Nelson, seconded by Hrkal to consider utilizing park donation
as access to Aronson Park. Motion carried.
3. D.Z. Ruedy- Gladys Weisner Lake Addition -3 Acres:
Motion by Hrkal, seconded by Lovelace that $450.00 be accepted in lieu
of park land based on $3000.00 an acre evaluation. Motion carried.
4. Ed Freiermuth -Ross Bassett Park Donation Of 2% Acres.
Permiss to use or purchase land so that land is kept clean. Motion
by Robinette, seconded by Makos that park area be studied with termation
to despotion of land. Mr. Freiermuth is to return on April 25. Motion
carried.
5. George Grohoski -Fred Marshall Property Proposed Preliminary Plat -36 Acres,
possible 65 Acre In Total Development:
Motion to study property for possibility of park donation at 8:00 Saturday
morning March 31.

Each member will meet with Bud Alich to discuss individual' park needs
and report back to next meeting.
7. Park,maintenance: There is need for rental of tractor for spring seeding.
8. Walt Makos: Presentation of park needs in Valley Park:
Motion by Makos, seconded by Robinette to recommend purchase of approximately
$4300.00 for park in Valley Park as per attached plan Motion' carried.
