FEBRUARY 23, 1972
Meeting called to order at 8:05-P. M.
Members present: Hrkal Lambert, Bresnahan, Austad.
Gilbertson property on Orchard Lake tabled until February 8,
1972 meeting.
Motion by Bresnahan, seconded by Austad to recommend to the
Village Council that we purchase Suburban Acres lot 16 pro
viding James Ruth grant easement on out lot A for road.
Motion carried.
Motion made by Lambert, seconded by Bresnahan that the Village
Countil get the manual Minnesota Surplus Properties.
Motion carried.
Motion made by Hrkal, seconded by Austad to attempt to buy the
Fisher property at lowest possible price Motion carried.
Motion made by Bresnahan, seconded by Hrkal that the next 30
acres of the 70 acres park not be rented so development can
continue. Motion carried.
Motion by Lambert, seconded by Bresnahan as to the progress of
the progress of the Crystal Lake Park. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 10:18 P. M.
