constituents and a council member's personaljudgment. If you have questions, comments or information regarding an
item not on the agenda, please step forward to be recognized by the Mayor during the "Citizens' Comments" item on
the agenda. Please state your name and address for the record. All comments are appreciated. A copy of all printed
material relating to the agenda items is available for public inspection at the City Clerk's desk.

Lakeville Area Arts Center with Monroe Crossing, Paula Lammers,
Power Shout, Cactus Willie, Boxcar Bob and the Drifter, and The Bad
Plus.
f. Resolution accepting donation and authorizing partiaF refunding of
prior donation to Orchard Lake Sportsmen's Club.
g. Acceptance of improvements and final payment to Friedges
Excavating, Inc. for Casperson Park soccer field and parking. lot
construction, Improvement Project 07-1 1.
h. Joint Powers Agreement with St. Paul Police Department for the
Republican National Convention.
Shady Oak Grove Second Addition development contract
amendment.
Professional Services Agreement with McCollister's Transportation
Systems, Inc. to provide moving services for the Police Department.
k. Site Lease Agreement between the City of Lakeville and Citilink
Communications, LLC, for the North Park and Airlake water towers.
Site Lease Agreement between the City of Lakeville and Verizon
Wireless for the Airlake monopole.
m. Final plat extension for Primrose of Lakeville.
7. Public hearing on the application of Ronin Enterprises, LLC, for an on-sale
and Sunday liquor license at Ronin Cafe, 7704-160th Street West.
