Acceptance of improvements and final payment to Friedges Excavating, Inc. for Casperson Park soccer field and parking. lot construction, Improvement Project 07-1 1. h. Joint Powers Agreement with St. Paul Police Department for the Republican National Convention. Shady Oak Grove Second Addition development contract amendment. Professional Services Agreement with McCollister's Transportation Systems, Inc. to provide moving services for the Police Department. k. Public hearing on the application of Ronin Enterprises, LLC, for an on-sale and Sunday liquor license at Ronin Cafe, 7704-160th Street West. a. Attest to legal notice b.
