3. Approval of the minutes of the March 2, 1995 Planning Commission meeting.
4. Public hearing to consider the application of Faith Lutheran Church for a
conditional use permit to allow a day care facility.

5. Public hearing to consider the application of Winkler Development for the preliminary
plat of 100 single family residential lots to be known as Lakeview Estates and a minor
Comprehensive Plan amendment to bring the property into the Year 2000 Urban
Service Area.
6. Continued public hearing to consider the application of the City of Lakeville for a
major Comprehensive Plan amendment to revise the generalized land use plan for the I-
35/C.IZ46 freeway interchange.
