1. Call to order.
2. Roll call of members.
3. Approval of the minutes of the July 20, 1995 Planning Commission meeting.
4. CONSENT AGENDA:
• All matters listed under ConsentAgenda are considered routine by the Planning
Commission and will be acted on by one motion in the order listed below. There maybe an
explanation, but no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item
will be removed
from the consent agenda and considered separately.
a. Consideration of the final plat of Boulder Village at Crystal Lake.
5. Continued public hearing to consider the application of Amoco Oil Company for. the
preliminary and final plat of one commercial lot to be known as Amoco Addition.
6. Public hearing o consider the application of Midwest Construction Management
Services for a planned unit development-conditional use permit amendment to allow
the construction of a Sleep Inn motel.
7. Public hearing to consider the application of Conrad Curren for a conditional use
permit to allow the construction of an accessory building greater than 1,200 square
feet in area and 20 feet in height on anon-conforming lot located at 9835 Iteri Court
East.
8. Public hearing to consider the application of David P. Metzger for a conditional use
permit to allow the construction of a detached accessory building more than 10 feet in
height.

9. Public hearing to consider the application of Eva Development, Inc. for the following:
A. Preliminary and final plat. of one single family residential lot to be known as
Simonsen 1st Addition and a minor Comprehensive Plan amendment to bring. a
portion of the property into the Year 2000 Urban Service Area.
B. Vacation of portions of existing streets and easements.
10. Discussion with Ken Zak regarding expansion of Lakeville Collision.
11. Unfinished business.

A. Upcoming Flanning Commission agenda items.

A. The City Council meeting at which the above times maybe considered will be
held August 21, 1995.
B. The next Planning Commission meeting will be held August 17, 1995.
