4. Public hearing to consider the application of Lawrence and Bonnie Schweich to rezone
property from R-2, Single Family Residential District to R-A, Single Family-
Agricultural District.
5. Public hearing to consider the application of Tri-State Machinery Company for a
conditional use permit to allow an industrial use on anon-conforming lot of record not
served with public sanitary sewer.
6. Discussion regarding proposed variance for Jeff and Becky Mowers.
