5. .PUBLIC HEARING: Public hearing to consider the application of Great Oak Shores Joint
Venture for:
A. An amendment to a planned unit development-conditional use permit allowing afive-foot
front yazd building setback reduction on three lots located on a cul-de-sac street in an
environmentally sensitive area in the plat of Great Oak Shores Point; and
B. A variance to allow a 1 S-foot side yard building setback for one lot in the plat of Great Oak
Shores Point.
6. PUBLIC HEARING: Public hearing to consider the application of Hosanna! Lutheran Church for:
A. The preliminary and final plat of one lot to be known as Hosanna Addition;
B. A rezoning from R-7, High Density Residential District to R-2, Single Family Residential
District and B-2, Retail Business District;. and
C. A conditional use permit to allow the construction of a church in an R-2 District.
7. PUBLIC HEARING:. Public hearing to consider the application of the City of Lakeville for a
Major Comprehensive Plan Amendment to update the 1979 sanitary sewer element of the
Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
