2. Roll Call of Members
3. Approval of the Minutes of the February 15, 1996 Planning Commission Meeting.
4. Introduction of Lakeville Police Officer David Bellows appointed to the newly created position
on the Planning Commission in an ex officio capacity.
5. PUBLIC HEARING: Public hearing to consider the application of Marvin Teal for a Conditional
Use Permit. (CUP). to .allow the construction of a detached accessory building in excess of 1,100
square feet in area and 15 feet in height in the R-2, Single Family Residential District located at
20476 Hamburg Avenue.
6. PUBLIC HEARING: Public hearing to consider the application of Timothy Skoog for a building
setback variance from the Ordinary High Water Level of Orchard Lake on land located at 11960
168th Street West.
7. PUBLIC HEARING: Public hearing to consider the application of Airlake Development, Inc. for:
A. The preliminary and final plat of one lot to be known as Airlake Development Second
Addition; and
B. A Conditional Use Permit to allow impervious surface coverage in excess of 25% in the I-2,
General IndustriaUShoreland Overlay District.
8. PUBLIC HEARING: Public hearing to consider the application of Independent School District
No. 192 for:
A. The preliminary and final plat of one public school lot to be known as Farmington
Elementary Addition;
B. A Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a public elementary school in an R-2,
Single Family Residential District; and
C. A Minor Comprehensive Guide Plan Amendment to bring a portion of the property into the
Year 2000 Urban Service Area.
