B. Rezoning: From R-2 Single Family Residential District to B-3 Auto Oriented Business

C. Preliminary & Final Plat: Four lots to be known as SuperAmerica Second Addition
D. Conditional Use Permit: To allow the construction of a convenience tore and gas station
5. PUBLIC HEARING: City of Lakeville Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
A. Finding of consistency with Comprehensive Plan
