3. Approval of the minutes of the June 16, 1994 Planning Commission meeting.
4. Public hearing to consider the application of Frederic E. Haas. for the preliminary and
final plat of seven single family residential lots to be known as Beachside and a minor
Comprehensive Plan amendment to bring the property into the Year 2000 Urban
Service Area on land located on the west side of Judicial Road, north of 175th Street.
5. Unfinished business.

7. Announcements:
A. The City Council meeting at which the above item maybe considered will be
held July 18, 1994.
B. The next Planning Commission meeting will beheld July 21, 1994.
