1. Call to order.
2. .Roll call of members.
3. Approval of the minutes of the July 21, 1994 Planning Commission meeting.
4. Public hearing to consider the application of the Dakota County HRA for:
• The preliminary and final plat of Downtown Second Addition..
• • .Rezoning from CBD-I, Central Business District-Industrial. to PUD, Planned
Unit Development.
• A planned unit development amendment to allow the addition of 24 units of
senior citizen housing to the existing Winsor Plaza development, all on land
located west of Howland Avenue and south of 207th Street.
• The vacation of part of Upper 208th Street.
5. Public hearing to consider the application of Great Oak Shores Joint Venture for:
• The preliminary and final plat of 11 single family residential lots to be known as
Great Oak Shores Point.
• A planned unit development-conditional use permit to allow a five foot front
yard building setback reduction for three lots located on a cul-de-sac street in
an environmentally sensitive area.
• A variance to allow a cul-de-sac street with a length greater than 500 feet.
• A minor Comprehensive Plan amendment. to bring the property into the Year
2000 Urban Service Area on land located east of I-35 and south of 185th
Street.

• 6. Consideration of the final plat of Shady Oak Shores 7th Addition.
7. Public hearing to consider the application of Kwik Trip, Inc. for:
• A rezoning from R-2, Single Family Residential District to B-4, General Business
District.
• A conditional use permit to allow a Kwik Trip convenience store and gas station
in a B-4 District, all on land located on the west side of Cedar Avenue, south of
170th Street.
• Consideration of the final plat of Kwik Trip Lakeville.
8. Consideration of a request from Ms. Lori Bernard, 17396 Ixonia Path, fora three
year extension to a special home occupation permit to operate a heat transfer and
clothes. embossing business.
9. Unfinished business.
10. New business.
• Discuss meeting dates for September.
11. Announcements:
• The City Council meeting at which the above items may be considered will be
held August 15, 1994.
• The next Planning Commission meeting will be held August 18, 1994.
