Approval of the minutes of the August 18, 1994 Planning Commission meeting. • 4. CONSENT AGENDA: All matters listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the Planning Commission and will be acted on by one motion in the order tinted below There may be an explanation, but no separate discussion on these item. If discussion is desired that item wiU be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately. A. Consideration of the final plat of Bracketts Crossins Third Addition. B. Consideration of the final plat of Crustal Lake Country Club. 5. Kwik Trip• • Receive and adopt findings of fact regarding the application of Kwik Trip, Inc. for a conditional use permit to allow a Kwik Trip convenience. store and gas station in a B-4 District. • Consideration of the final plat of Kwik Trip Lakeville. 6. Public hearing to consider the application of Stamuings of Minnesota, Incoruorated for a conditional use permit to allow a loading berth to be located on a corner lot, facing 220th Street, located at 21980 Hamburg Avenue. 7. Public hearing to consider the application of Tollefson Development, Inc. for the preliminary and final plat of 58 single family residential lots to be known as Greenwood Estates and a minor Comprehensive Plan amendment to bring the property into the Year 2000 Urban Service Area on land located on the south side of 165th Street, west of Ipava Avenue. 8. Public hearing to consider the application of Henry and Florence Lau for the preliminary and final plat of two single family residential lots to be known as Lau Addition, a lot area variance for each of the two proposed lots, and a lot width variance for one of the two proposed lots on land located at 12072 and 12079 168th Street West. 9, Public hearing to consider the application of Richard Hindt for: • A building setback variance to allow an existing garage addition to remain on an existing single family residential dwelling, located at 6655 Upper 167th Street West. • The vacation of a portion of a drainage and utility easement. 10. Public hearing to consider the application of Dennis G. Leisten for: • A building setback variance from the Ordinary High Water Level of Orchard Lake. • A front yard building setback variance to allow the construction of a garage addition on to an existing non-conforming single family residential dwelling, on a non-conforming lot located at 12300 168th Street West. • 11. Resolution of the Lakeville Planning Commission finding the proposal for modification of Airlake Redevelopment Project No, 1, Establishmenfi of Taz Increment Financing District No. 15 (Century Refining located within the redevelopment project No. 1 and proposal for approval and adoption of the financing plan relating thereto to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan of the City. 12.
