A. Zoning Map amendment to rezone the subject property from RS-2, Single
Family Residential District to RS-3, Single Family Residential District.
B. Preliminary and Final Plat of five lots to be known as Thomas Meadows.
C. Vacation of a street, drainage, and utility easement.
