Public Hearing to consider the application of Hewitt Investments, LLC for the following,

located south of 207 Street and west of Holyoke Avenue:
A. Preliminary and final plat of one lot and one outlot for the construction of a
commercial/residential mixed use building to be known as Hewitt Investments
First Addition.
B. Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a building combining
residential and non-residential uses at a height greater than 35 feet within the C-
CBD, Central Business District.
