- consideration of the application of the City of Lakeville for the rezoning of proprty
.located west of I-35 and south of 185th Street from R-7, High Density Residential

- consideration of the application of McNeilus financial, Inc. for rezoning ofproperty

- consideration of the application of the City of Lakeville for an amendment to
• Ordinance No. 167, the Lakeville Zoning Ordinance, concerning:
1) petshops as a conditional use in the B-3, Auto Oriented Business District; B-4,
General Business District; and CBD-C, Central Business District-Commercial District;

2) manufactured housing parks as conditional uses in the R-4, Single and Two Family,
Residential bistrict R-5, Single and Two Family, Medium Density Residential
District; R-6, Medium Density Residential District; R-7, High Density Residential

3) the establishment of an interim use permit.
