-approval of the application from Marell, Inc. for the development of 71 single
family residential lots on land located on the east side of Flagstaff Avenue, south
of 175th Street.

A. PUBLIC HEARING:
1. Conditional Use Permit:
- consideration of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a
single story entryway which will extend into the required front yard
setback of a single family dwelling located at 17170 Heywood Court.

1. Easement Vacations:
- consideration of the application of Town and Country Homes. for the

2. Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment:
-consideration for the redesignation of the: proposed use of property from

Avenue.

3. Rezoning:
- consideration of the rezoning application of Town and Country Homes to
rezone property located south of 162nd Street (C.S.A.H. 46), north of 165th
Street, and along Jaguar Avenue from R-2, Single Family Residential
District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District.
4. Town and Country Estates Preliminary Plat:
- consideration of he application of Town and Country Homes to allow the
development of 166 townhouse ots on-wand located south of `162nd Street
(C.S.A.H. 46), north of 165th Street, and along Jaguar Avenue.
5. Variance:
- consideration of a variance for cul-de-sac street length greater than 500 feet
within the proposed Town and Country Estates preliminary plat.

. - consideration of the application of D.R. Horton, Inc.. for the preliminary
plat of 76 single family residential lots on land located south of 175th
Street, north of Dodd Boulevard, and west of Highview Avenue.
B. ZWEBER FARM FINAL PLAT
- .consideration of the Phase) final plat of 22 single family lots.
10. Lakeville Zoning Ordinance
A. PUBLIC HEARING:
1. Ordinance No. 167 Amendmen#
- consideration of an amendment to Ordinance No. 167 of the Lakeville
Zoning Ordinance concerning the following:
1) motor vehicle fuel ales;and commercial car washes as conditional uses
in the B-2, Retail Business'District, the B-3, Auto-.Oriented Business
District, and the B-4, General Business District;
2) truck stops and commercial car washes as an accessory use associated
with a truck stop as conditional uses in the B-4, .General Business
District; and
3) curb cut location/driveway access spacing regulations.
• B. TITLE 10, SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
- consideration of an amendment to Title 10, Subdivision Ordinance of the
Lakeville City Code regarding street right-of-way width requirements.
