A. TOWN AND COUNTRY ESTATES SECOND ADDITION FINAL. PLAT
- consideration of the application of Town and Country Homes for the final plat of Town
and Country Estates Second Addition far the development of 52 townhouse lots on
land located south of 162nd Street (C.S.A.H. 46) and east of Jaguar Avenue.
B. DODD VALLEY ESTATES FINAL PLAT &
DODD VALLEY ESTATES 2ND ADDITION FINAL PLAT
consideration of the applications of North Suburban Development, Inc. for the final
plats of Dodd Valley Estates and Dodd Valley Estates 2nd Addition for the
development of 23 and 75 single family residential lots, respectively, on property
located south of Dodd Boulevard at Farcry Way, approximately one-half. mile east of
Flagstaff Avenue.
C. ANDERSONS CENTURY FARM FINAL PLAT &
ANDERSONS CENTURY FARM SECOND ADDITION FINAL PLAT
- consideration of the applications of Shamrock Development, Inc. for the final. plats of
Andersons Century Farm Addition and Andersons Century Farm Second Addition for
the development of 55 and 72 single family residential lots, respectively, on property
loca#ed east of Lpava Avenue, at 178th Street.
6. QUAIL MEADOWS: EASEMENT VACATION
A. PUBLIC HEARING:
- consideration of the application of Backes Companies for the vacation of street,
drainage, utility, an trail easements located south of 170th Street and west of Pilot
Knab Road (County. Road 31).
B. Final Plat:
- consideration of the Quail Meadows final plat of 19 single family residential lots.

7. BRIAN FoRLAND (12280 - 197TH STREET WEST): CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ~ ,I ~
A. PUBLIC HEARING:
- consideration of the application of Brian Forland for a Conditional Use Permit to allow
the construction of a detached accessory building resulting in a total accessory
building area greater than 2,000 square feet and 20 feet in height in the R-1, Low
Density Single Family Residential District.
8. GREENRIDGE: PRELIMINARY PLAT/REZONING
A. PUBLIC HEARING:
1) Rezoning:
- .consideration of the application of Green Ridge Associates, L.L.P. for rezoning
from R-A, Single Family -Agricultural Residential District to R-2, Single Family
Residential District the property proposed to be known as Greenridge; and
2) Preliminary Plat:
- consideration of the application of Green Ridge Associates, L.L.P. for the
preliminary plat of 133 single family residential lots on property located on the west
of Flagstaff Avenue, south of 175th Street.
9. CHRIS OLSON (10527 - 202ND STREET): CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ~
A. PUBLIC HEARING:
- consideration of the application of Chris Olson for a Conditional Use Permit to allow
the construction of a house addition and a detached accessory building on an existing
non-conforming single family parcel located within the Lake Marion Shoreland Overlay
District, in the R-2, Single Family Residential District.
10. WYLDEWOOD OAKS PRELIMINARY PLAT
A. PUBLIC HEARING:
- consideration of the application of Wyldewood Oaks Partnership for the preliminary
plat of 36 single family. residential lots to be known as Wyldewood Oaks on property
located on the north side of 185th Street and one-half mile east of Kenwood Trail
(County Road 50).
11. LAKEVILLE THIRD JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
A. PUBLIC: HEARING:
1) Preliminary Plat:
- consideration of the application Independent School District 194 for a preliminary
and final plat of property to be known as Lakeville Third Junior High School; and
2) Rezoning:
- consideration of the application of Independent School District 194 for the
rezoning. from R-A, Single Family -Agricultural Residential .District to R-2, Single
Family Residential District the property proposed to be known as Lakeville Third
Junior High School; and

3) Conditional Use Permit:
- consideration of the application of Independent School District 194 for a
Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a new public junior high school
in the R-2, Single Family Residential District; and
4) Easement Vacation:
- consideration of the application of Independent School District 194 for the
vacation of an existing public easement for drainage, utility and public roadway
purposes on the property proposed for the development of a new Independent
School District 194 Junior High School,
all on property located west of Dodd Boulevard (County Road 9) and south of
985th Street West (County Road 60).
12. SIGN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
A. PUBLIC HEARING:
- consideration of the application of the City of Lakeville for an ordinance amending
Title 9, Chapter 3 (Sign Ordinance) of the Lakeville City Code concerning. electronic
and non-electronic reader board signs.
13. NEW BUSINESS
A. Future and Continued Planning Commission Agenda Items
B. Summary of City Council Actions on Planning Commission Agenda Items
