A. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit
• - consideration of theapplication of Dennis Bohm of Bohm, Inc. for a
Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a Kentucky Fried Chicken
{KFC) restaurant on property located in the northeast comer of 165th Street
West and Kenrick Avenue.
B. Gopher Mini-Storage Second Addition Final Plat
- consideration of the application of Dennis Bohm of Bohm, Inc. for the final plat
of Gopher Mini-Storage Second Addition consisting of one commercial lot and
one outlot on property located in the northeast corner of 165th Street West
and Kenrick. Avenue.

A. Cooperative Power Association Conditional Use Permit
- consideration of the application of Cooperative Power Association for a
Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a 115 kilovolt
transmission power line on property generally located along the west side
of Cedar Avenue (C. R. 23) beginning at the Dodd Park electric substation
then south to 210th.Street; then west along the north side of 210th Street
to the Airlake substation; #hen south along the west side of Hamburg
Avenue to 215th Street {C. R. 70); then west along the south side ofi C. R.
70; then along the north side of 215th Street to the west side of Kenrick
Avenue {C. R. 5); and then south to the city I'rmits of Lakeville.
