Special Home Occupation Permit to allow the continued operation of a hair
salon from her single family residence located at 16524 Jaguar Avenue.
6. Public Hearing: Wensmann. Realty, Inc.
A. Easement Vacation
-..consideration of the application of Wensmann Realty, Inc. for the vacation of
• a portion of a public drainage and utility easement located on the west side of
Homestead Court, north of Heritage Drive.
7. Public Hearing: Tillges Construction
A. Easement Vacation
- consideration of the application of Felix Tillges, Tillges Construction, for the
vacation of public drainage and utility easements located on property on the
south side of 208'h Street and east of Holiday Avenue.

A. Easement Vacation
- consideration of the application of Appro Development, Inc. and Gerald and
Diane Bedeaux for the vacation of an existing public easement for drainage
and utility purposes to allow for a proposed addition onto the north side of the
existing Leo's South commercial building on property located at 16375
Kenrick Avenue.
B. Preliminary/Final Plat
- consideration of the application of Appro Development, Inc. and Gerald and
Diane Bedeaux for a preliminary and final plat to be known as Leo's First
Addition.

A. Conditional Use Permit Amendment q~`~
- consideration of the application of Grist Mill Company for a conditional use
permit amendment to allow the construction of a mechanical equipment
cupola at a height greater than 45 feet onto the existing Grist Mill industrial
building on property located at 21325 Hamburg Avenue (Lot 2, Block 1, Grist
Mill Second Addition).
10. Country Joe, Inc.: Cherry Highlands 3rd Addition
A. Public Hearing: Rezoning
- consideration of the application of Country Joe, Inc. for the rezoning of
property from R-A Single-Family Agricultural District to PUD Planned Unit
Development District, B-2 Retail Business District and B-4 General Business
District to allow development of a preliminary plat to be known as Cherry
Highlands 3rd Addition.
B. Public Hearing: 'Preliminary Plat
- consideration of the application of Country Joe, Inc. for a preliminary plat of
33 single family lots, 40 townhouse units and two commercial outlots to be
known as Cherry Highlands 3rd Addition.

- consideratioT~ of the application of Shamrock Development, lnc. for a-ply--
plat of 114 single family residential lots on 56 acres of land generally located in
the northeast corner of 210th Street and Dodd Boulevard.

A. Informal discussion with Geno Peterson, representing Irene Peterson, who is
proposing to expand an existing non-conforming garage at 20854 Holiday
Avenue.
B. Informal discussion with Marcus Cable, 16900 Cedar Avenue, regarding
proposed installation of satellite reception dishes.
