Avenue (Lot 5, Block A, Rhoda Tomson's Addition)

A. Conservation Easement Vacation
- consideration of the application of the property owners of Lot 1, Block 1, Lots 7
through 12, Block 1, and Lots 14, through 17, Block 1, Homestead Creek East 3`d
Addition for the vacation of a portion of a public conservation and drainage and
utility easement located west of Homestead Trail and north of 175tH Street.
7. Public Hearing: Charles and Marietta Smith
A. Conditional Use Permit ~~-D~
- consideration of the application of Charles and Marietta Smith for a conditional use
permit to allow the construction of a detached accessory building which would
result in a total accessory building area greater than 656 square feet and 15 feet in
height allowed in the R-3, High Density Single Family Residential District on
property located at 8655 Upper 206tH Street West.
8. Public Hearings St. Francis Woods
A. Rezoning
- consideration of the application of Dale and Fran Pexa for the rezoning from R-2,
Single Family Residential District and B-4, General Business District to PUD,
Planned Unit Development District property located on the south side of 205tH
Street, east of Kenrick Avenue.

B. Preliminary Plat
- consideration of the application of Dale and Fran Pexa for a preliminary plat of 22
single family lots, 123 townhouse units, and two commercial lots to be known as
St. Francis Woods on property located on the south side of 205th Street, east of
Kenrick Avenue.
C. Easement Vacation
- consideration of the application of Dale and Fran Pexa for the vacation of
permanent public utility and trail easements and street right-of-way located south
of 205th Street and east of Kenrick Avenue.
9. Public Hearing: U.S. West Wireless/ISD No. 194 (Kennedy Elementary School)
A. Planned Unit Development /Conditional Use Permit ~nb/- f ~war~d-ed ACC-)
- consideration of the application of U.S. West Wireless, L.L.C. and ISD No. 194 for
a Planned Unit Development /Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a
cellular telephone tower with a total height greater than 15 feet in the R-6, Medium
Density Residential District.
10. Public Hearings: Zweber Farm
• ~ A. Easement Vacation
- consideration of the application of D.R. Horton, Inc. -Minnesota, for the vacation
of permanent public drainage and utility easements, a permanent public sanitary
sewer easement, and a portion of street right-of-way located south of 175th Street
and west of Highview Avenue within the Stonebrooke single family development.
B. Zweber Farm Seventh Addition Preliminary. Plat
- consideration of the .application of D.R. Horton, Inc. -Minnesota, for a preliminary
plat of 43 single family residential lots on property located south of 175 h Street and
west of Highview Avenue to be known as Zweber Farm Seventh.
C. Zweber Farm Seventh Addition Final Plat
- consideration of the application of D.R. Horton, Inc. -Minnesota, for the final plat
of six single family residential lots on property located south of 175th Street and
west of Highview Avenue.

A. Cenex -Farmer's. Union Co-Op: informal discussion with representatives from
Farmer's Co-Op, 9290 202"d Street West. Cenex wishes to expand their existing
facilities. Staff has identified several non-conforming zoning issues.
