CUP AMENDMENT -a~ - consideration of the application of Appro Development, Incorporated and Rexam Flexible Packaging, Incorporated for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment to allow the construction of a mechanical equipment cupola at a height greater than. 45 feet onto an existing industrial building at the property located at 8235 - 220t" Street. 6. PARK OVERLOOK • A. Public Hearing: consideration of the application of Shamrock Development, Inc. for a cul-de-sac street length variance in the proposed Park Overlook subdivision located on the wet side of Ipava Avenue and south of 175t" Street. B. Consider the final plat of 15 single family lots. 7. Public Hearing: US WEST WIRELESS, L.L.C. AND MINNESOTA VALLEY FREE LUTHERAN CHURCH PUD/CUP - .consideration of the application of US West Wireless, L.L.C. and Minnesota Valley Free Lutheran Church located at 16075 Highview Avenue for Planned Unit Development/Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a cellular telephone tower antenna with a total height greater than 15 feet in the R-2, Single Family Residential District. 8. New Business A. Daniel Laun -informal discussion with Mr. Daniel Laun, 8675 - 206th Street West: Mr. Laun is requesting an informal meeting with the Planning Commission to discuss his wish for a variance and Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of the following improvements on his property: 1) the construction of a new detached garage to replace an existing detached garaged located on the property, 2) the exterior remodeling of the existing non-conforming detached garden storage building which is located east of the existing garage. B. Discussion of Draft of R5-A District (Townhome) Standards David Licht,~NAC, will be present to review draft standards for townhome developments as a part of the zoning ordinance update. C. Future and Continued Planning Commission Agenda Items D. Summary of City Council Actions on Planning Commission Agenda Items 10. Staff Notices A. The City Council Meeting at which the above items may be considered will be held on August 2, 1999. B. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on August 5, 1999. 11.
