O eting was called to order by Lambert chairman at 7.45 PM
The ,minutes were read, corrected and approved,
Vince Setton and Mrs. Crawford from Valley Park Community Club, Valley Park.
Mr. Setton Requested that we review the recommendations that was presented to the
committee last year. Kr�..Setton asked if the village was going to hire a planner
to develop the park? Mr. Taft No. Mr. Setton then .requested a plot map so that
they could work on one. Mr. Setton will return on 'Feb. 25, with the plans. Mr.
Setton asked if wehad considered hiring people to supervise the hockey rink?
Answer Yes but we do'nt have themoney needed for every thine. Mr. Lambert stated
Valley Park, check on their having a recreation program at Valley Park, Mr. Setton
said he would. Mr. Taft said that in the spring we could build a hockey rink at
Valley Park. But that that' would have toget supervisors for it. Mr. Taft staged
that there is materials to ,build the goals if Valley Park could get someone to
weld them:
It was discussed that we need stationary with a letter head for our use. 1eY _w
requested 500 sheets of paper and envelopes.
Mr. Lambert checked with Mr. Doug Ernst, with the conservation dept. In regards
0 the land that we have been looking at. see adgenda for Jan.20 It was requested
that the secretary check with The Soil and Water Dept. in Farmington.
Discussion on.HUD and open space program.
Stamps needed call the Village hall and have the clerk put some in the PAR.

Mr. Nelson was appointed Vice chairman,.
Mr. Jones to check on Orchard Lake areas need for parks.
It was discussed that Mr. Tillges has not put in the sidewalk that was to give
access to the park in the Park Terrace 2 Addition. It was stated that we notify
the village council and recommed that,Mr. Tillges doso in early spring.
Meeting was adjourned 10 :15 PM.
