9. Old Business: J.C. Holdings, Inc. -Crystal Lake Clubhouse 2"d Addition
(continued from August 19, 1999 Planning Commission meeting)
A. Planned Unit Development Amendment: consideration of the application of J.C.
Holdings, Inc. for a planned unit development amendment to allow:
- an expansion of the Crystal Lake Golf Clubhouse for a food and banquet addition at
property located at 16725 Innsbrook Drive; and
- an expansion of the parking lot to accommodate the food and banquet addition
parking requirements at property located at 16725 Innsbrook Drive.
B. Final Plat: consideration of a final plat of Crystal Lake Clubhouse 2"d Addition located
at 16725 Innsbrook Drive..

A. Review Ordinance No. 659: An interim ordinance temporarily prohibiting approval of
certain residential development and an outline from Northwest Associated Consultants
for completion of the Zoning Ordinance Update.
