A. Consideration of a Conditional Use Permit to allow 1) the construction of a
detached accessory building which would result in a total accessory building area
greater than 2,000 square feet, 2) a total building height greater than 20 feet in the
R-1, Low Density Single Family Residential District and, 3) a second driveway
access onto Lucerne Trail. The property is located.. at 12299 Lucerne Trail.

A. Consideration of the preliminary and final plat of 8 single family residential lots to
be known as Marion Fields Third Addition, located on the east side of Dodd
Boulevard (C.R. 9), south of 207t" Street.
B. .Consideration of a rezoning from R-2, Single Family Residential District (100 foot
wide lots) to R-2A, Single Family Residential District (85 foot wide lots).
C. Consideration of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a detached
accessory (storage) building greater than 1,100 square feet in area in the R-2A
District.
7. Public Hearing: US West Wireless, L.L.C. and Minnesota Valley Free Lutheran
Church.
q~~l~ A. Consideration of a Planned Unit Development/Conditional Use Permit to allow the
construction of a cellular telephone tower antenna with a total height greater than
15 feet in the R-2, Single Family Residential District. The previous request was
withdrawn by the applicants. The new request is to place the proposed cellular
telephone tower to the south and west of the previously proposed location, inside
the existing stand of trees south of the church parking lot located at 16075
Highview Avenue.

8. Public Hearing: An amendment to Conditional Use Permit 98-33 for Great River
Energy (formerly known as Cooperative Power Association) & Northern States: Power
Company.
A. Extend the completion time for the installation of the Hamburg Avenue
transmission power lines between County Road 50 and County road 70.
B. Allow the installation of temporary 115 kilovolt transmission power poles and lines
on the east side of Cedar Avenue (County road 23) near the intersection of Cedar
Avenue (County Road 23) and 202"d Street West. The temporary transmission
poles and lines would be permanently installed on the west side of Cedar Avenue
(County. Road 23) when the Cedar Avenue (County Road 23) improvement
project is completed.
9. Old Business: F & L Enterprises Conditional Use Permit Amendment

A. Consideration of an Amendment to the Conditional use Permit and site plan. The
proposed amendment includes a reduction of future building area, an increase in
outside storage area and to retain an existing accessory storage building located
at 21980 Kenrick Avenue.
