A. Consideration of an amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. 98-30 to allow the
expansion of an existing non-conforming single family dwelling in the Shoreland
Overlay District of Lake Marion, located at 9990 - 199t" Street.
6. Public Hearing: Oak Corner. Development
A. Consideration of a vacation of a ublic street, drainage and utility easement.

B. Preliminary and final plat of one (1) commercial lot to be known as Oak Corner
Development, located in the southeast corner of Kenwood Trail (C.S.A.H. 50) and
185t" Street (C.S.A.H. 60).
C. Rezoning a portion of the subject property from R-2, Single Family Residential
District to R-B, Residential-Business Transition District.
D. A conditional use. permit to allow amedical/dental office use in the R-B District.
E. A planned unit development to allow more than one (1) principal building on a lot.
7. Public Hearing: Gilb Fitzpatrick Addition -New Horizon Day Care
A. Consideration of a vacation of public drainage and utility easement.
B. Preliminary and final plat of Gilb Fitzpatrick Addition, located south of County
0.~, State Aid Highway No. 50 (202"d Street West) and west of Iberia Avenue.
Conditional use permit to allow the construction of a day care facility in the B-4,
General Business District.
