• A. Consideration of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of an addition onto
an existing industrial building which will result in a total impervious surface area
greater than 25 percent in the Shoreland Overlay District, located at 8393 - 213tH
Street West.

7. Public Hearing: Crystal Properties, L.L.C. and APPRO Development, Inc. CUP
A. Consideration of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a major automobile repair use in
the B-4, General Business District, located on the west side of Kenyon Avenue (Buck
Hill Road) 1/5 mile north of County Road 46.
