A. Easement Vacation:
- consideration of the. application of Hosanna Lutheran Church for the vacation of
permanent public drainage, utility, and ponding easements;
B. CUP Amendment: ~ -t~
- consideration of the application. of Hosanna Lutheran Church for an amendment to
:Conditional Use Permit No. 96-01 to allow an expansion to the Hosanna! Lutheran
Church building and parking lot; and
C. Preliminary and Final Plat:
- consideration of the application of Hosanna Lutheran Church for the preliminary and
final plat for the Hosanna 2"d Addition.
(all located on property bounded. by 163` Street to the north, 1651h Street to the south and
lpava Avenue to the east)

A. Variance: -
- consideration of the application of Kurt Weber to allow a variance from the minimum lot
size and side yard setback requirements for a single family home in the Shoreland
• Overlay. District of Lake Marion at 9990 - 190th Street, legally described as Lot 18, Block
12, Antlers Park.

7. Public Hearing: 160 Cedar Addition: Walgreen's/Semper Development, Limited and
Kathleen, Robert and John Carroll for:
A. Easement Vacation:
- the vacation of public drainage and utility and roadway easements;
B. Preliminary and Final Plat of one lot and three outlots;
C. Comprehensive Plan Amendment
- a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to allow. future low density residential
development;
D. Rezoning:
- from B-4, General Business District to R-3, High Density Single Family Residential
District; and
E. Variance:
- to allow a cul-de-sac street greater than 500 feet in length for Glen Oaks Road.
(all. on property located at the southwest intersection of 160th Street (County Road 46) and
Cedar Avenue (County Road 23)
8. Public Hearing: Brown & Cris -Wayne and Sandra Brown
A: Conditional Use Permit Amendment
- consideration of the application of Wayne and Sandra Brown for an amendment to
Conditional Use Permit No. 88-10 o allow an expansion of an industrial use on an
unsewered parcel outside the Municipal Urban Service Area located at 19740 Kenrick
Avenue.
9. Public Hearing: 2000 -2004 Capital Improvement Program
- consideration of the request of the City of Lakeville for the adoption of a Five Year Capital
Improvement Program for2000 - 2004.
