Consideration of the request of Wayne and Sandra Brown fora 35-day extension to the deadline for their application for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment. .The extension request would extend the application deadline to Tuesday, June 20, 2000. 7. Public Hearing: Kent Weber Conditional Use Permit and Variance: 10145 - 205tH Street West A. Consideration of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the expansion of an existing non-conforming single family dwelling; and B. Public Hearing: RHB Enterprises, Inc.: Vermillion Springs Preliminary Plat. A. Consideration of a preliminary plat of 90 single family residential lots and one church lot to be known as Vermillion Springs on property located north of 165tH Street, south of 160tH Street (County Road 46) and west of Highview Avenue. 11. Public Hearing: Fortune Realty, Inc. and The Corporation of the Presiding Bishop, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints: Lakeway Park A. Preliminary Plat: consideration of a preliminary plat of two lots to be known as Lakeway Park; B. Easement Vacation: consideration of a vacation of a perpetual easement for drainage and utility purposes, C.
