A. Consideration of the application of the Minnesota Valley Family YMCA for a
Conditional Use Permit Amendment to allow the construction of accessory
buildings in 3 locations on the YMCA property located in the R-A, Single
Family Agricultural -Residential District, located at 11490 Klamath Trail
Two detached accessory buildings would be higher than 15 feet.
7. Public Hearing: James and Cynthia Graham Conditional Use Permit. euP ~ooo _i~
A. Consideration of the application of James and Cynthia Graham for a
Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a second detached
accessory building resulting in a total accumulative accessory building area
greater than 788 square feet in area as permitted in the RS-CBD, Single
Family Residential District - CBD, located at 20480 Holyoke Avenue.
8. Public Hearing: Paul Vogelgesang Easement Vacation.
. A. Consideration of the application of Paul Vogelgesang for a vacation of a
portion of a public drainage and utility easement located at 16440, 16442,
16444, and 16446 Griffon Lane.

9. Public Hearing: Dakota County Community Development Agency and the City of
Lakeville Easement Vacation, Rezoning and Preliminary and Final Plat.
A. Consideration of the application of the Dakota County Community
Development Agency and the City of Lakeville to allow:
a) Vacation of permanent driveway, highway and parking easements.
b) Rezoning of .property from C-CBD, Central Business District Area -
Commercial District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District.
c) Preliminary and final plat of one lot and one block to be known as
LakeviNe Senior Housing Addition, located east of Holyoke Avenue, west
of Holt Avenue, south of 2O8t" Street and north of 2091 Street.
10. Public Hearing: Country Joe, Inc. Rezoning and Preliminary Plat.
A. Consideration of the application of Country Joe, Inc. to allow:
a) Rezoning a portion of the subject property from RA, Rural/Agricultural
.District to RS-2, Single Family Residential District, located south of 16Ot"
Street (County Road 46) and east of Highview Avenue in Lakeville;
b) A preliminary plat of 68 single family residential lots to be known as
Hawthorne Heights.
11. Public Hearing: Airlake Development, Incorporated Preliminary Plat.
A. Consideration of the application of Airlake Development, Incorporated to
consider the preliminary plat of Airlake Development Fifth Addition, located
south of 2151 Street (County Road 70) and Holyoke Avenue.
B. Consider the final plat of Airlake Development Fifth Addition.
