A. Consideration of the application of Leo Kuelbs for a preliminary and final plat of one
lot and one block to be known as Harley Davidson Addition to allow the expansion
of the existing building, located at10770 -165th Street.
B. Consideration of the application of Leo Kuelbs for a conditional use permit to allow
• the construction of a new loading dock facing public right-of-way (165th Street) on a
corner lot.

1. Discussion of the Zoning .Ordinance requirement of having. no more than 6 units on each
side. of a private drive for townhouse developments. Staff will present several specific
plans regarding this ordinance requirement. This meeting will be limited to Planning
Commission and staff, with the. possibility of a second meeting including developers
conducted in the future.
