A. `Consideration of the vacation of public drainage and utility easements .located on
the north, south. and east boundaries of the Rademacher Addition south of 165tH
Street and east of Kenrick Avenue.
6. Pub is Hearing: City of Lakeville. Right-of-Way Vacation
A. Consideration of the vacation of road right-of-way which is a part of Kenrick
Avenue located adjacent to and east of Interstate 35, north of 210th Street and
south of 205t" Street.
7. Public Hearing: 2000 Comprehensive Park, Trail and Open. Space System Plan
Amendment
A. The amendment to be considered and discussed involves the incorporation of the
approved. Corridor and Gateway Design Study Design Guidelines into the 2000
Comprehensive Parks and Open Space system Plan..
8. Public Hearing: MESA 111- Richard Schuller
A. Easement Vacation:
• -consideration of the application of Richard Schuller for the vacation of public
drainage and utility easements; and

• B. Preliminary and .Final Plat:
- consideration of the application of Richard Schuller for the preliminary and final
plat. of 22 lots and 1 block to be known as Golden Pond Villas to allow the
development of 22 twin home dwelling units in 11 bui dings.
(all located on the south side of 212t" Street, west of Hyacinth Avenue)
9. Public Hearing: American Tower Corp. representing AT&T Wireless Services.
Conditional Use Permit Amendment
A. Consideration of the application of American Tower Corp. representing AT&T-
Wireless Services. for an amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. 97-14 to
allow another service provider to co-locate communications equipment by
constructing. an extension to increase the height of the existing
.telecommunications tower by an additional 25 feet. The existing tower is_located
on Minnesota Department. of Transportation property. at 16850 Kenrick Avenue.
10. Public Hearing: Semper Development, Ltd.
A. Consideration of the application of Semper Development, Ltd. for the
preliminary and final plat of six single family residential lots and four commercial
lots to be known as :Cedar 160 Addition; and

B. Consideration of a Comprehensive Plan amendment to change the .land use
designation for a portion ofthe preliminary and final plat of Cedar 160 Addition
from commercial to low density residentia ;and
C: Consideration of the application of Semper Development, Ltd. for a variance for
cul-de-sac street length for Glen Oaks .Road.
(all located in the southwest corner of 160t" Street and Cedar Avenue)
11. Public Hearing: Weissmann Realty, Inc. Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit
Development
A. Consideration of the application of Weissmann Realty, Inc. for. a preliminary plat
and planned unit development for 108 townhouse units to be known as `Century
Ride, located between Ipava Avenue and Dodd Boulevard (C.R. 9), north of
190 Street.
