Celebration Church • A. Public Hearing to consider the application of Celebration Church for the vacation of a portion of an existing public roadway, drainage and utility easement, Jocated along a portion of the west side of Kenyon Avenue, north of 172"d Street and south of 1.62"d Street. 6. Zoning Ordinance Amendment A. Public Hearing to consider the application of the City of Lakeville for an ordinance amending Title 11-3 of the City code concerning amendments to the Lakeville Zoning Ordinance. 7. Dodd Marsh Highlands A. Public Hearing to .consider the application of D. R. Horton -Minnesota for the vacation of public drainage, utility and roadway easements in relation to the final plat of Dodd Marsh Highlands, located north of 192"d/195t" Street, east of Ipava Avenue, south of 190th Street and west of Dodd Boulevard (C. R. 9). B. Consider the final plat of 47 single family attached townhouse lots and 35 single family .detached townhouse lots.. 8. The Oaks of Lakevilla. A. Public Hearing to consider the application of Johnson-Reiland Construction, Inc. and the City of Lakeville for the vacation of a permanent public ponding, drainage and utility easement, recorded as Document No. 387821, located north of 179th Street between Kenyon Avenue and Keokuk Avenue in the Oaks of Lakevilla. Public Hearing to consider the application of Weissmann Realty, Inc. for the preliminary plat of 136 single family lots and 126 townhouse lots to be known as Village Creek, located north of Lakeville Boulevard (C. R. 50), south of Aronson Park, west. of Hamburg Avenue and east of downtown Lakeville. B. Public Hearing to consider the application of Weissmann Realty, Inc. for the rezoning of 3 lots in the Village Creek plat from RS-3, Single Family Residential District to RS-CBD, Single Family Residential District -Central Business District and the rezoning of 18 lots from RM-1, Medium Density Residential District to RS-3, Single Family Residential District. C. Public Hearing to consider the application of Weissmann Realty, Inc. for a Conditional. Use Permit for right-of--way width of 50 feet in the RM-1, Medium Density Residential District and construction of a street crossing in the FW, Floodway District. 10. Wild Meadow Villas A. Public Hearing to consider the application of Progress Land Company, Incorporated for the preliminary plat of 128 single family detached townhome lots to be known as Wild Meadow Villas, located west of 212t" Street and Dodd Boulevard (C. R. 9) and north of 215t" Street (C. R. 70). 11. Spring Hill A. Public Hearing to consider the application of Country Joe, Inc. for the preliminary plat of 84 single family residential lots to be known as Spring Hill, located south of 185t" Street (C.
