vacation of a portion of 165th Street. West located east of Ipava Avenue.
5. A. Continued public hearing to consider the application of Eldon Fossum for the.
.preliminary plat of 45 single family residential lots to be known as Marion
Pines Second Addition on land located on the south side of T.H. 50 at Jaguar
Avenue.
B. :Consideration of the final plat of Marion. Pines Second Addition.
6. Unfinished business.

A. Discussion of Pomerening conditional use permit.
8. Announcements:
A. The City Council meeting. at which the above items may be heardwill be held
on April 19, 1993.
