3. Approval of the minutes of the November 4, 1993 Planning Commission
meeting.
4. Public hearing to consider the application of the City of Lakeville for an
amendment to the Lakeville Zoning Ordinance regarding. building setback
requirements in the B-2, Retail Business District.
5. Public hearing to consider the application of the City of Lakeville for a
minor Comprehensive Plan amendment to wing the existing homestead portion
of the Glen, Marg and Gaylen Olson property into the Year 2000 Urban .
Service Area on land located at 17600 Pilot Knob Road.
6. Public hearing to consider the application. of Anthony McDonald for a
variance for the setback of an existing freestanding sign from Kenwood
Trail on land located at 20094 Kenwood Trail
7. Public hearing to consider the application of the Jad Ron Corporation far
the preliminary plat of b0 single family residential lots to be known as
Cedar Highlands Fifth Addition and a minor comprehensive plan amendment to
bring the property into the Year 2000 Urban Service Area on land located on
the east side of Cedar Avenue at 170th Streit.

will be held December 6, 1993.
B. The next Planning Commission meeting will be held December 9, 1993.
