CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.674
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 674 is hereby amended to remove the RAO,
Rural/Agricultural Overlay District designation from the following described property and
to rezone from' CC, Corporate Campus District to RM-1, Medium Density. Residential
District, that portion of the following described property that is currently zoned CC,
Corporate Campus District:
The West Half (W '/2) of the Northwest Quarter. (NW '/a) of Section 31,
,Township 1 t4 North, Range 20 West; and.
The North Half (N'h) of the Southeast Quarter (SE ~/4) of the
Northwest Quarter (NW ~/a) of Section 31, Township 114 North, Range
20 West; and
The South Half (S'/2} of the Southeast Quarter (SE'/a) of the
Northwest Quarter (NW '/a) of Section 31, Township .114. North, Range
20 West; and
The Northeast .Quarter (NE 1/a) of the Northwest Quarter (NW ~/a) of
Section 31, Township 114 North, Range 20 West, except the west
300.00 feet of the north 290.40 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 31.
Said property is located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota.
Section 2. The zoning. map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the:
aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the `zoning map on file in
the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided
for in this Ordinance,.and all of the notations, references and .other informationshown
thereon are hereby incorporated byreference and made a partof this.Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall- be effective upon. its passage, publication, and. the.
recording of the Lakeville High School No. 2 final plat.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this. 2"d day of June, 2003.
