CITY OF LAKEVILLE
RESOLUTION NO. 06-234
RESOLUTION VACATING A PUBLIC DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded
by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider the following described easement
vacation, and
• WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to
approve the easement vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The. drainage and utility easement identified on the attached Exhibit. A is
hereby vacated.
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with. the
Dakota County Recorder.

Exhibit A
That portion of the following drainage and utility easement as dedicated in Lot 3,
Block 1, King Creek Greenway Addition:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 3; thence North 24 degrees
26 minutes 21 seconds East 12.23 feet along the southeasterly line of said
Lot 3 to the point of beginning of said centerline; thence North 42 degrees 50
minutes 55 seconds West 31.87 feet; thence North 03 degrees 47 minutes
13 seconds West 152.00 feet; thence North 86 degrees 12 minutes 47
seconds East 10.00 feet to the point of beginning for the drainage and utility
easement area to be vacated; thence South 18 degrees 43 minutes 35
seconds East 120.56 feet; thence South 24 degrees 26 minutes 21 seconds
West 29.24 feet; thence North 18 degrees 43 minutes 35 seconds West
66.92 feet; thence North 03 degrees 47 minutes 13 seconds West 77.58 feet
to the point of beginning.
