HomeMy WebLinkAbout0745 ORDINANCE NO. 745 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN INTERIM ORDINANCE TEMPORARILY PROHIBITING DEVELOPMENT IN A DESIGNATED AREA OF THE CITY. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Factual Background. The owner of certain property has agreed to convey to the City an easement-for the necessary right-of--way for the realigrunent of CSAH 50 as it abuts the parcel. SECTION 2. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 710 is amended by deleting from the "Designated Area" property with the followingpraperty identification numbers: 221185030000 and that part of 221185032100 described as lot 32, Argonne Farms. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon receipt by the City of the easement referred to in Section l above. ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 2003, by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota.
