Announcement of the 2009 -2010 Lakeville Area Arts Center Season All matters listed under Consent agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be acted on by one motion in the order listed below. Resolution appointing Advisory Board for Special Service District No. 1. Temporary on -sale liquor license for Lakeville VFW Post 210 to host a public event inside the building and within the outdoor fenced -in area of their property on October 3 -4, 2009. h. Set a special Council meeting to be held on September 14, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. to adopt the preliminary budget and tax levy. I.
