AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10
OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING
PREMATURE SUBDIVISIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 10-2-4-1 F of the .Lakeville City Code is amended to
read:
City Service Capacity: A proposed subdivision shall be determined to
lack necessary City service capacity when services such as recreational
facilities, police and fire protection, and other City services, which must be
provided dt public expense, cannof reasonably be provided for within the
next two (2) years.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its
passage and publication.
ADOPTED this 4"' day of February, 2002, by the City Council of the City of
Lakeville, Minnesota.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:

must be provided at public expense, can-
not reasonably be provided for within the
next two (2) years.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effec-
tive immediately upon its passage and publi-
cation.
ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 2002,
by the City Council of the City of Lakeville,
Minnesota.
