A. Eric Cram: Request for a three -year extension of a special home occupation
permit to allow chiropractic services from his single family home, located at
8871 163 rd Street.
B. Shelly Larson: Request for a three -year extension of a special home
occupation permit to allow a massage therapy business in her single family
home, located at 20665 Hartford Way.
Public Hearing to consider the application of Jeffrey A. Belzer for a Conditional Use
Permit to allow more than one principal structure on a commercial lot in the C -2,
Highway Oriented Commercial District, located at 21111 Cedar Avenue.
