X04 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA, COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE, THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 10-4-8(J) of the Lakeville City Code is amended to read as follows: J. 1n lieu. of land dedication the City may require the following cash contribution: COMMERCIAL $5,400 PER ACRE INDUSTRIAL $3,200 PER ACRE Multi-family dwelling units $1,585 per dwelling unit Single-family dwelling units $1,585 per dwelling unit SECTION 2.
