X05 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA, COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 71 OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 11-71-3 of the Lakeville City Code is amended to read: G. Bagel, candy, coffee, ice cream, popcorn, nuts, frozen desserts, pastries, sandwich, soup, and soft drink safes. SECTION 2. Section 11-71-7 of the Lakeville City Code is amended by adding subparagraph l to read; 1: Seating accessory to bakery, bagel,. candy, coffee, ice cream, popcorn, nuts, frozen desserts, pastries, sandwich, soup, and soft drink sales in a shopping center if an administrative permit has previously been issued. for such use in the center, provided that: 1. No accessory drive-through facilities shall be permitted. 2. No sale or consumption of onfoff sale liquor shall be permitted. 3. The area dedicated to seating shall be limited to 300 square feet of floor area. 4. Adequate off-street parking and off-street loading shall be provided in compliance with Chapters 19 and 20 of this Title. SECTION 3. Section 11-71-11 G of the Lakeville City Code is amended to .read: G. Seating accessory to bakery, bagel, candy, coffee, ice. cream, popcorn, nuts, frozen desserts, pastries, sandwich, soup, and soft drink sales provided that: 1. The area: dedicated toseating shall be limited to 300 square feet of floor area. 4. Adequate off-street parking and off-street. loading shall be provided in compliance with Chapters 19 and 20 of this Title. 5. Only one business in a shopping center may obtain an administrative permit for accessory seating. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective immediately'upon its passage. ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 2002, by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota.
