RESOLUTION NO. o6-si
RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC ROADWAY, DRAINAGE AND
UTILITY EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has. conducted a public hearing,
preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider vacating the following
described .roadway, drainage and utility easements; and
WHEREAS, the. City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to
vacate said roadway, drainage and utility easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City CounciL•
1. Vacation of the Street Utility and Drainage Easement
Iteri Court East Adjoining PID# 22-01900-010-81 (Parcel #2 Curren)
An Easement for Street Utility and Drainage purposes granted to he City of
Lakeville as Doc. No. 2393789, dated January 3, 2006 over, under and across
that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19,
Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
.Quarter of said Section i9; thence South 89 degrees 12 minutes 08 seconds West
along the north line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance
of 554.79 feet; thence South 3 degrees 07 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of
• 573.47 feet; thence South 0 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of
1075.38 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be described; thence

continuing South 0 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 174.62 feet;
thence South 60 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 310.00 feet;.
thence South 61 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 300.60 feet to a
point on the east line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence
North 0 degrees 15 minutes 47 seconds West, along said east line, a distance of
360.22 feet; thence North 77 degrees 57 minutes 26 seconds West, a distance of
542.85 feet to the point of beginning. Said Easement is described as a strip of land
60.00 feet in width over that part of the above described land, the centerline of which
is described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the west line of PARADISE
HILLS, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the County
Recorder, Dakota County, Minnesota, and a line drawn parallel with and 30 feet south
of the south line of Lot 1, Block 3, in said plat; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes
50 seconds West, (assumed bearing of the south line of said Lot 1), a distance of
43.92 feet; thence Northwesterly 175.87 feet along a tangential curve, concave to the
northeast, having a radius of 330.00 feet and a central angle of 30 degrees 32
minutes 09 seconds; thence North 59 degrees 27 minutes 42 seconds West tangent to
said curve, a distance of 80.59 feet and there terminating.

An Easement for Street Utility and Drainage purposes granted to the City of
Lakeville as Doc. No. 2362477, dated September 20, 2005 over, under and
across thaf part of the Northwest`Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
19, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast cornerof the SW 1/4 of NE ~/4 of said Section 19;
thence South 89 degrees 12 minutes 08 seconds West along the north line thereof a
distance of 554.79 feet ;thence South 03 degrees 07 minutes 40 seconds East , a
distance of 573.47 feet; thence South 00 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds East , a
distance of 1250.00 feet; thence South 60 degrees OZ minutes 40 seconds East, a
distance of 310.0 feet to the actual point. of beginning; thence South 61 degrees 22
minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 300.6 feet to a point on the East line of NW
~/a of SE ~/4; thence .South 00 degrees 15 minutes 47 seconds East a distance of
510.0 feet to the SE corner of said NW ~/a. of SE ~/a. of said Section 19; thence South
89 degrees 25 minutes 34 seconds West and along the South line thereof a distance
of 270.0 feet; thence North 00 degrees 02 minutes 38 seconds West a distance of
247.58 feet; thence North 00 degrees 27 minutes 23 seconds East a distance of
409.18 feet to the actual point of .beginning.

Beginning at the intersection of the west line of PARADISE HILLS, according to the
plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the County Recorder, Dakota County,
Minnesota, and a line drawn parallel with and 30 feet south of the south line of Lot
1, Block 3, in said plat; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West, {
assumed bearing of the south line of said Lot 1), a distance of 43.92 feet; thence
Northwesterly 175.87 feet along a tangential curve, concave to the northeast,
having a radius of 330.00 feet and a central angle of 30 degrees 32 minutes 09
seconds; thence North 59 degrees 27 minutes 42 seconds West tangent to said
curve, a distance of 80.59 feet and there terminating.
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with. the
County Recorder.
